Public account deletion information and request path for Anomonus users.
Use this page if you need the public account deletion resource required by app-store policies or if you cannot complete the deletion flow directly inside the mobile app.
1. Fastest path: delete the account in the mobile app
If you still have access to the Anomonus mobile app, the fastest path is to use the in-app Delete Account action. This is the primary deletion path supported by the product.
2. What Delete Account means
Delete Account is the server-side account deletion action. It is intended to remove or disable account-scoped backend data still tied to the Anomonus account identifier, such as identity or registration state, account-linked verification state, and other account-scoped records that the service still controls.
3. What Delete Identity From Device / local wipe means
Delete Identity From Device or a local wipe is different. That action removes local app state from the device, such as keys, secure-storage entries, cached data, and other device-side artifacts. A local wipe does not, by itself, guarantee that server-side account records are deleted.
4. What may remain after account deletion
Some information may remain if it is not account-scoped or not fully controlled by the Anomonus account record itself. Examples may include limited operational logs, anti-abuse or security-retention data, records that must be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, separately handled support records, or content that was already deleted, expired, burned, or copied outside the service.
5. Public web request path
If you cannot complete deletion in the app, you can submit a manual delete-account request below. This request is recorded for review. It is not an instant browser-side deletion endpoint and may require follow-up or verification.
Use this form only for server-side account deletion requests. If your goal is to remove identity keys, cached secrets, or local app state from a device, use the device-side wipe path in the app.
